OHS&W Policy Objectives

The objectives of this policy are to ensure that all employees and other persons working for and on behalf of Douglas Construction SA Pty Ltd are, while at work, safe from injuries to health. The objectives of this policy are to ensure:

• Workplaces are maintained in a safe and healthy condition.
• Safe plant and safe systems of work are provided and maintained.
• Arrangements for the safe use, handling, storage and transport of plant and substances are made and monitored.
• Adequate facilities are provided for the welfare of all persons at the workplace
• All managers, supervisors and employees are provided with the information, instruction, training and supervision needed to ensure they are safe from injury and risks to health.
• Effective rehabilitation of injured employees and equitable injury claims management.
